Contact form submissions are stored in our internal client management system to enable follow-up. This data is not shared with any outside party and is used only by Reynolds Interactive LLC to manage client relationships.
We may disclose information where legally required by a valid court order or subpoena. We will notify you of any such compelled disclosure unless prohibited by law.
Contact form information is retained for as long as necessary to service an active or potential client relationship, or until you request deletion. Payment confirmations and billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes, even after a client relationship ends. You may request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing paul@reynoldsinteractive.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Records retained for legal or accounting purposes are excluded from deletion requests.
This website is served over HTTPS at all times. Our internal client database (Supabase) is protected by row-level security policies, encryption at rest, and access controls limiting data to authorized use only. Network traffic is protected by Cloudflare's DDoS mitigation and security infrastructure. We have implemented Content Security Policy headers on all pages.
